TERMS OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Curve SA, we take great pride in our reputation for excellent quality.
Please select orders carefully using the sizing guide on our website. If you are still unsure regarding sizing, please contact us on curvesouthafrica@gmail.com. There will be no refunds for all products due to size and lengths incorrectly chosen by customers. Note that due to our items being handmade, the length is an approximate length only and not an exact length. Please allow for +/- 2cm deviations on all lengths.
Curve SA checks the quality of every product prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of a fault, Curve SA will first offer to replace the imperfect item. Please contact us by email at curvesouthafrica@gmail.com within 48hrs of the product/s being delivered. If deemed defaulted by Curve SA the client must return the product/s within 7 days of receiving your order. No exchanges or refunds will be offered if we deem that the damage to the item was caused in any way by the customer.

TERMS OF DELIVERY
Curve SA will not be liable for delays caused by our delivery service providers. To track your order, please use the tracking reference number provided. Queries regarding your delivery is to be directed to the service provider.
